Keypad right - Activate circuit to right
Keypad left - Activiate circuit to left
Keypad up - Increase charge of activated circuit
Keypad down - Decrease charge of activated circuit
Numbers 1 through 9 - Activate corresponding circuit
Return - Send pulse

After a pulse is sent, numbers will appears next to S and C. The number next to S is the number of correct strength charges delivered, and the number next to C is the number of correct strength charges delivered to the correct circuit. The pad at the left side of the screen shows all of the pulses you have sent and their S and C values.
